Carlos has been with Born Again since 1994. Throughout his life-change, he became Assistant Director and Board Member. A graduate of Rehoboth Bible Institute where he met his helpmate Alma Maldonado and married. A graduate of College of Divinity Studies, he obtains a Bachelor in Evangelism, Masters in Theology, Doctorate in Divinity, and a Ph.D. Ecclesiastic Philosophy Erudition. Carlos has evangelized to many throughout the streets of New York and throughout his testimony, many have come to accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Founder of Born Again Christian Ministry, Carlos leads Sunday service for approximately 60 to 90 men in one of the correctional facilities where many through the word of God have accepted Jesus as their Lord and savior. He has been given the privilege of working with the inmate in a unit called PEAK preparing them for their release. Volunteers as a mentor to men at Community House for Men (men that are returning citizens). Founder and Overseer of Born Again Christian Ministry and President of Born Again Christian College & Seminary & the Creditor Commission of Born Again School of Ministry Liberia Chapter,. Dr. Carlos stills continue to do what the Lord called him for to reach out to all."

Rev. Dr. Victor Lopez, Jr.

Dr. Victor Lopez Jr. Has been a preacher from his youth. He came from a family of 7 children from Rev. Victor and Marcela Lopez, missionaries in several countries. He obtains various degrees from different seminaries and Bible Colleges. Dr. Lopez, Jr. is an excellent Seminarian and international Lecturer. His teachings have impacted leaders and parishioners in a way that has made a big impression by the guidance of he Holy Spirit. At present, the Ministry of Education and the guidance of the Holy Spirit of the scriptures have been recommended by Ministers and their Ministries to have written this book "What I Understand Now". Dr. Lopez Jr. joined in marriage with Sister Giselle Lopez, a woman of God and helpmate has help develop his ministry and personal projects.
Barry Richardson was brought up in Deliverance Temple in Newark, N.J., under the leadership of the late Apostle Arturo Skinner. He was rooted in the Lord at an early age and at age 12, he gave his life to the Lord. Barry continued walking close to his grandfather Elder Billy Richardson in the Forerunner for Christ Ministry. In 2004 Barry started prison ministry, working closely with Rev. Rina Terry. Where he taught Bible Study and how to help men deal with anger in state prison in South Jersey. In 2003 Barry had a visitation from the Lord about Heavenly Outreach Ministries and Heavenly Outreach Inc. God gave him the blueprint. On November 17, 2019, Barry accepted God's call to become a Pastor under the leadership of Bishop Dr. Terrell Ross, and then installed as Overseer.
In 2020 H.O.R.M. gave the Sarah House women and children shelter a Christmas dinner and gifts. He also Teaches at Destiny Restoration in Africa. Director of United International School of Chaplaincy and Overseer of Dean for Beyond Boundaries School of Ministry in Liberia, West Africa under the accreditation of Born Again Christian College & Seminary.
